Knight Frank exclusively advises on sale and rent of two Splendid Hotel Group’s hotel projects in London

Knight Frank has been appointed the sole and exclusive adviser to Splendid Hotel Group in the sale of two award-winning Holiday Inn properties in London - London Camden Lock and Holiday Inn - London Brentford Lock.

Both luxurious properties occupying attractive canal-side locations will be sold free and clear of any existing management but subject to the Holiday Inn franchise. They may be acquired individually or as a pair.

Holiday Inn Camden Lock Hotel first opened its doors in 2003. The hotel is located in a unique place – the very center of Camden, overlooking the Regent's Canal and Camden Lock, not far from the West End. Camden Town subway station is in several minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel features 130 comfortable air-conditioned rooms and all the necessary infrastructure for leisure and business events.

Holiday Inn - London Brentford Lock is a hotel of 134 rooms, located in the center of Brentford, overlooking the Grand Union Canal close to it's confluence with the River Thames, nine kilometers from the Heathrow International Airport.

The infrastructure of the hotel includes several conference rooms with up to 700 seats, basement car parking for 72 autos, restaurants, sports rooms.

One of the project’s advantages is proximity to the corporate occupiers on the Great West Road.
