Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences - Knight Frank is its exlusive sales and marketing agent in Russia - has won two prizes at the recent CNBC International Property Awards in London as the "Best re-development for Switzerland" and "Best re-development in Europe" in the five-star category.

According to Knight Frank, demand for the Switzerland real estate has notably grown during the last year. Switzerland real estate prices increased for 6.1% since January 2009 and more than 10% since the recession started (Knight Frank Global Price Index Q2 2009).

Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences is the edifice of a hotel dating from 1906 which was converted through careful restoration and renovation into 24 luxurious apartments from 200 to 700 sq meters. The complex also includes a 650 sq m Spa managed by Givenchy, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a homeowner 16 seat cinema, cigar tasting, lounge, business centre and wine tasting lounge - all surrounded by extensive private grounds. The complex is managed by Kempinski.
Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences is one of a few projects, accessible for Russian clients. Swiss Development Group SV, developer of the project, has got a licence to sell the project to the foreigners.
CNBC International Property Awards is one of the most prestigious competitions on the real estate market. Winners in 21 nominations are chosen annually - the best real estate agency, the best high-rise project, the best architecture, the best interior and so on. International Property Awards was founded by CNBC in 1995 and is nowadays one of the most influential ones.
