Yaroslava Chapko, General Director of the Knight Frank LLC Ukraine became a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), which is represented by some 150 thousand real estate market professionals in 146 countries.
Mrs. Chapko possesses the Ukrainian Appraiser’s Certificate and has been practicing in real estate since 1998. Her 11 years of practical experience in real estate, including strategic consulting for portfolio investors, mixed-use project management, highest and best use analysis, valuation of properties and development projects – all of the above had allowed Yaroslava Chapko to pass successfully the examinations for obtaining RICS membership as a Senior Professional (according to RICS standards). As of today, only about 10 people in Ukraine have become official RICS members.
